Sadness and Darkness are natural cousins. Since ancient times, people have worn black to express their grief. Happiness is attracted to sunshine and depression to darkness. There is a certain romance in darkness and melancholy. There is something mysterious about that which is hidden and unknown.
And that's what makes darkness so beautiful to me.

Wherever it may take us.
Why is it always so hard to say our goodbyes,
I can see it from the look in your eyes.
We must part and go our different ways.
The words barely come out, being hard to say.
Night turns to day, and there's nothing more to chase.
Looking for change in all the wrong places,
Walking by all these mysterious faces,
It's dangerous playing games like this,
We must take it to wherever it may take us.
